Speakers Biography:
1999 starts studying visual communication at Essen University, Germany.
2002-03 exchange year at the Danish Design School, Copenhagen.
2006 moves to Copenhagen and worked on finishing project "Rückblende"; Finishes University with a Diploma in
Design.
2007 participates in several competitions with "Rückblende" and chosen for the "Output #10" book; Student
showcase winner at the Independent Games Festival.
2007 founds the firm "die Gute Fabrik".
"Rückblende" is exhibited at the live arcade of the Art Of Play at Carnagie Mellon University in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania curated by Kokoromi; articles about "Rückblende" appear in several international gaming magazines
like the swedish Level or the italian Giochi per il mio, Jim Rossignol wrote about it: “I’m not quite sure
what’s going on, but that doesn’t seem to matter. It’s a wonderful thing, with an exquisite soundtrack.”
Rückblende appears on German TV in the 3sat-documentary Games 2.0, der nächste Level.

Indiecade finalist 2008; "Rückblende" won the Developers Choice Award.
