David Kofoed Wind and Tim Garbos: "Rapid Prototyping Using Blender and Python"
Over time, Blender has developed from being only a 3d-modelling tool, to becoming a fully functional game engine. The Blender Game Engine features easy graphical game logic, a physics
engine and Python scripting for more advanced features.
The fusion of Game Engine and 3D-Engine enables the developers to test their games
and see the outcome in a matter of seconds. This setup shows to be
extremely fit for game jam prototyping.
